Amy is an independent board director and business leader with 25+ years of experience in sustainability and cleantech innovation, guiding governance strategies, including audit, compensation, and non-government committees. 

Her prior leadership roles include corporate sustainability at Boeing and Xpansiv, an environmental commodities financial exchange backed by Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America. Amy has lived and worked across the world. She is a licensed attorney and a previous startup founder / entrepreneur with early career roles in government and NGOs. She has served as industry delegate to United Nations climate negotiations that led to sectoral global agreements governing 2.5 billion tons of carbon and 2% global emissions.
