Dave is the co-founder and Managing Director of Bia Energy Capital, a developer, owner and operator of solar, wind, energy storage and other similar energy assets. Prior to BEC, he was a partner at K&L Gates, a global law firm with over 45 offices on five continents. While at K&L Gates, he was the Co-Chair of the firm's global Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice group and on the management committee. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Dave was a corporate partner at Stoel Rives and chair of the Bio-Energy Practice. His practice is focused on energy project development and financing, including debt and cash equity financings, tax equity financings, merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances both in the U.S. and abroad.
